15x6.5 and 15x7,5, 6.5" back space.. 1/2 outer lip and 1.5" outer lip

What are the offsets as in ET?

15x6.5 ET?
15x7.5 ET?

From Jim's figures I make that:
15x6.5 ET74
15x7.5 ET60

How do i measure the offset to get an accurate figure with basic tools etc..
