Where did you get your roof spoiler from? Is it GF or CF? I need to get one and the US source seems to have dried up and LA Performance in the UK is not easy to get info from. I've been waiting for a shipping quote for over a month!

hehe, when are you leaving? I'm planning for a similar trip 2 weeks from now, from Romania to Spa Francochamps, and a small detour to Amsterdam, so it's gonna be basically from the Black Sea to the ocean :D

Last sunday we test our black and white beetle for Das Drag Days ( germany Bitburg)
BURNOUT WHITE GERMAN...

DOUBLE BURN OUT!!!!!!

And 3 of our Aircooled holliday trip to Austria.
The engine was nearly 300 km old... and in 12 days we drove 3550 km!!!

Tnx for all those nice comments! Makes it worth to share our pictures and experiences!!
A month after our hollidays we ditched the towbar, checked the valve-clearance, filled up the oil and took the white German to Bitburg to see how she would perform on the 1/4 mile. Well, she did very well, if I may say so!
Best run was a 15.5 (the 1915 has 40 year old 1300cc heads, with stock valves!!:D:eek:), so we were very happy with this result.

At the track I tried to make a bit of smoke (This is why mama told you not to put your new shoes on, when you go play outside;)). So here it is:
