Those are such pretty cars!!
That motor seems to fit in there quite nicely! oil pan seems low tho..is it? |
What is the radiator from?
|
Yeah, the oil pan is pretty low for now. Right now it is 4" from the ground. I am going to cut 1 1/2" off the bottom of the pan and just run 4 quarts of oil instead of 5 quarts. I still have to be carefull.
The radiator is from an early model Jetta/Golf. Still have not completely decided on how to bring the fresh air to the radiator. |
I'm opening the back of the nostril vents to allow more air into that cavity.
I also saw where a guy opened the horn hole up to where it was wide enough 'tall' enough to allow proper airflow. Take a peek in there and check it for yourself. |
The guy from Canada that posts here makes an oil pan that has a flat bottom to it but i think it holds the same. Im sure he will chime in but not sure of his name... he posts all over here and people love his parts.
