Widened Fenders

I have a set of CCC 2.5 front, and 3 in. rear widened fenders, about to get the car ready for spring. though about going with spacers and high-offset wheels, was advised not to! does anyway know the offset required to fit the fenders, after a little calculation, using the wheel calculator setting, i came up with about 0 to +5? does anyone know the correct offset or range? dont want to run 4.5 wheels with 3 in fenders

Hmmm, How wide of a wheel do you plan on running ? Give us the wheel width and we can figure out an offset.

I have just installed 2" wider fenders all around on a '74 standard. I am running a 10" wide rear wheel and an 8.5" wide front wheel. The rear fenders JUST cover the rears and the fronts cover the wheels with about 1" to spare. I'm going to go with a 1/2" front spacer so the wheel doesn't rub on the front trailing arm, but will still allow the wheel to tuck under the fender because its lowered.

18x10 ET 47 rears with 30mm spacer (kind of) and 18x8.5 ET 52 fronts with 32mm spacer (kind of).

Hope this helps.

I was thinking of 18 x 8's all the way around. guess that would help huh?
