assuming stock brakes, you'll need a 22mm spacer on the back and you'll have to clearance the rear body mount along with rolling the rear arches.

front you'll need a 10-15mm spacer...

when spacer thicknesses become large and you are changing stud pattern as well, its often best to use an adapter as they combine the two.

will i need to widen the rear fenders? im going to use the empi type 4 to 5 lug adaptor. it's about an inch wide.

In theory you will not need wider fenders if you keep the stock width with your brakes.....meaning the brakes will not widen the track. You would need a spacer which you can most likely eliminate due to the 5 lug adapter.

Jack up the car.....take the wheel of and stuff in the Boxster wheel. Then you will see how much space you will have to your rear brake or not.
