I had a few nibbles, but nothing panned out. So, they're up on Ebay. I figure I'd let the GL community know :agree:

Is there a laminated-in mounting bracket for the turn signal assemblies (front bumper)?

No, there are not. However, It would not be that hard to fab up a couple of little "L" brackets and epoxy them in place
