Keith Seume mentions "phone dials" specifically in the German Look chapter of his Custom Volkswagen book and there are pictures of them as well. My computer at home is down for a couple of days. I will try to remember to scan some pics in a few days if there are no responses. (A search revealed many threads but no pics that I could find.)

Oh, and welcome! :)

The size depends on your stance.

If you want to go low stick with the 15s with a 45-50 profile.

Maybe a 15x6 front with 16x7 rear.

Any idea on the offset of these wheels? Are they 15x7 or 15x6?

Bullyboy January 5th 2008 00:46

No idea, I emailed the owner but he bought the car that way.

Mine has 15x7 et52.5 all the way around

nice what all you have to do to put them on besides the bolt pattern change?I thought since they had the high offset they wouldnt have the deepdish look to them.hmm do the high offsets fit better than the low offset ones?

Does anyone know what size (originally) the ones that "64bug" is using? I am trying to research these wheels and I know that there are different styles. The ones pictured have much more of a "flat" face and not as much of a lip. I would like to know what the width and offset are. I know there were about 10 different width/diameter/offset combinations available. Thanks.
Here is 64bug's pic:
