Very nice! Did you experiment with and without rear wing (pics show both, hence)?

I tried it with and without, couldn't feel any difference, I think the wing would help when corners are involved.

Another piece of my quest for more power arrived today, its a sensor to tell my ECU the percentage of ethanol in my fuel, I can then run my car on the street on regular 98 RON fuel and then when I'm competing in an event I can fill the car with E85.

When my new cams arrive next year I will be getting the motor retuned a bit more aggressively on E85 fuel

I have purchased one of those also not a Zeitronix though. Where are you going to install it? After the fuel tank between feeder pump and main pump? Or just after the fuel tank?

I'm going to put it in the return line as close as I can to the motor, low pressure less dangerous. I think all the sensors are GM just re stickered.

When I get it tuned it will be on 98 RON and then blends from straight 98 to straight E85 and then mixtures of both. Its an expensive tune but the results should prove worthwhile, just waiting on the Tomei pon cams now.

Thanks! I was thinking the same about the pressure, but figured it would be more logical knowing what the ratio is before it enters the engine? However,come to think about it I guess that would only be an issue during cranking for start up. Expensive is right, I checked the price on the Zeitronix stuff. I bought a Siemens/Continental Flex Fuel sensor new for $70 US dollars,which is what GM uses also.I have an MS3 ECU from Autotune.fi. All I had to do is add a jumper wire. It was this simple mod that convinced me to go flex fuel. I am eager to see how well it works.

I'm running a Autronic SM4, it needs the Zeitronix gauge to send the correct signal to the ECU.

My sons building a new drift car, a Nissan Ceffiro with an RB30 turbo motor, hes going flex fuel as well but using a locally made ECU by Adaptronic, the sensor just plugs right in like your setup.

I'm pretty happy with the SM4 so far but as its an older ECU so it doesn't have plugin flex fuel even though I will be fitting the latest chip and software to it. It is a plug n play ECU so it uses all the stock harness and sensors

1st part of the quest for more kiloWatts was fitted today, but not without dramas. I've mounted the Zeitronix Ethanol Content Analyser (ECA) gauge to blind spot in the dash, right behind the steering wheel, I made a bracket to bolt it to the fascia that the tacho/speedo sits in, only problem was that when I connected the tacho back up again ECA wouldn't work, after much head scratching I finally worked out that the tacho earth was feeding into the ECA housing, some ECAs I've seen are just mounted in the glove box, but I had a spare space so I thought I would use it.

Interesting the BP 98 I normally use has 2% ethanol content. I can also see fuel temperature by pushing a moment switch on the ECA mounting bracket, but what you can use this reading for is a mystery. The ECA has two outputs that are sent in a 0-5 volt signal to my ECU so that it can alter fuel and ignition maps to suit the ethanol content of my fuel.
