MC Options
 

What are the various options for MC that will bolt to the stock locations?
With or without power assist.

I bought a 1987 911 master cylinder and it bolts right onto the front frame head just like the VW one. Only problem is that the 911 M/C doesn't have threads so you will have to use nuts and bolts or heli-coil the M/C to give it some threads. Oh yea you will have to shorten the push rod or lenghen it I can't remember at the moment...

Thanks BOY! Have you used it yet? How's the pedal feel? Anyother options?

The chassis is still sitting on jackstands. The suspension and brakes should go on for the last time in the coming week sometime. So no I haven't used it yet. Alot of people have used the 944 M/C but I have not so I can't comment on how easy or hard the swap is.

i have a 944 MC to match my non turbo brakes. Bolts right up

Shadow, what is the feel like on the pedal?

anyone used/looked into using....
