Don't know how much you caught of what we said during the chat.....we pretty much just said that we (the VKG) could handle the Dyno Day registration if you want to give us the paperwork. We can also handle the 50/50 tickets and door prize tickets.

Also, what kind of give away stuff do you need? Door prizes or what? I may can squeeze a thing or two out of Jake if I'm REAL sweet. ;)

Don't know about helping Sunday because I'm not sure if I'll make that leg of the trip or not. I always have to play things by ear during tax season.

Sorry I didn't call Kathy. I was trying to get the Z-Bed widened for the bus.
Beth will run the registration with another of us. She will delegate who that is (nobody will say "NO" to her). There will be 8 or more of us there so we can swap out duties (50/50, t-shirt sales, etc). You just bring thre paperwork and turn it over to us. Then set up a spot for you and the baby and chill out.
Joel and I will be at the track and ready to help out Sun.

Not a problem Dave. I certainly appricate all the help. I will most likey be there at the regstration table with you. I know that other people might want to get in on race/street activities for Sunday, so I can take it then.


Yes Beth, need some good door prizes or maybe one big thing. But I certainly don't want to take away anything from Jake, unless he wants to do it.

Kathy (Or anybody that could contact them) Maybe a call to Summit would net a couple of items to give out. I am working until Sun (14hrs from the time I walk out the door untill i return home). But I can pick up something from there. I have to go there on Mon. to pick up my Unilite kit.
They might come off the hip with some hats or shirts, etc.

How many door prizes are we talking here? And are we talking small stuff like hats and T-shirts etc or big things?

If we had a few things (they don't have to be big) we could sell tickets and have a drawing. Selling 50/50 tickets and raffle tickets we might get up some money for the club. I don't think there is much of anything in the account now.

That's kinda what I was thinking Dave. Got any ideas for the prizes? I figured any kind of usable car-related stuff might draw a little interest. I can run pick up some things if you'll give me some ideas and maybe a price range you guys think would be appropriate. You know how women are when they go shopping!! :eek:

I would think Jake would get more out of giving out a couple of videos with his smilling face on them. Might get more folks into the Type 4 store, etc. It's all about comming full circle ya-know. I don't know how his stock is on them, I would say whatever he is stong on stock with and will be good for type 1 and type 4.

Well anything will help. As I go through my stuff, I will see what I can come up with. I know I got some videos from Bug Me and maybe a show shirt too.
I should have some duffle bags from a vendor out west to use also. We will see when I get them though. Not sure how many he is sending.

Any of that stuff will be great. Beth is working on Jake (get your mind out of the gutter). So we should be able to sell some raffle tix.

Lord with everyone talking about it here and there, I am getting excited! Although, I still am not ready yet! Got to get all my paperwork lined up and ready for the weekend as well as get the truck loaded with stuff tonight.
Seems the panel doesn't want to come, so we are all going to be in the truck, towing a small trailer.

I plan to get up and get everyone fed and be there when you all are Saturday morning.
