Gauge install.
 

Got bored and found some 914 silver button gauges in my shop. So, I put them in my Blue Bug project. The bug is a 1970 standard that was sitting in a wrecking yard. I asked about it an the owner said I could have it for the tow price to my shop. $75 USD for a decent car. No engine or trans but full interior that had been recovered recently. Got a single side plate trans from a friend for $70. and built a single port 1641 with parts from a cancelled project. Trying to keep cost low as this is a shop car. The most expensive thing on her is the brake system. Lanner machined some 944 hubs for me (Got a complete 1985 944 brake system from a breaker for $250)
