I honestly have no idea if it has good air flow but it looks BAD ASS:eek:

Its better then stock... but what purpose aerodynamics or cooling? or ascetics... cause areo wise... i guess, but its a bug so i think if your going that far your trying to polish a turd, ascetics it looks great so you win... cooling... proper tins and full flow and "normal" things can keep 2L engines at the right temp even in stop and go city driving.

Why, what's the purpose? As a piece of tin bashing it looks quite professional but until we know the reasoning behind it it can only ever be a tin bashing exercise.
Sorry to be so negative Clive |
I work in a mid engine conversion and May be I try this for the air intake of the engine. I found this pictures on google and I try to find If this have better flow than remele side scoops.

That's Jeff's bug, he's a local and goes by 1955superbeetle on the STF. He did the larger scoops for the intercooler that was in the rear package tray. I think he also had an oil cooler back there. It got good air flow but nothing like wally's setup with the intercooler in open air.
