What's the best transmission for a mid mount?
 

It needs to have 5 gears, have a Type4 bolt straight up to it and be able to take 200-250bhp.

It's goin into a mid mount circuit racing bug, with IRS back end.

I'm thinkin Porsche here but I don't know which one??? A 5speed box out of a 914 would be OK but would it put up with the power, if not, what needs to be upgraded to what?
