Amount of proting needed
 

After having finished my porting job, I was wondering if I should use a 120 grit flap wheel to smooth out the inlet ports.

I always read that the ports should not be polished, but at what extent is a port considered polished? Or can you polish a VW head because of the bend in it (also using Manley swirled vavles).

120 is a good paper, use it and make a swirl polish inside the ports, works better than real polished surfaces! nice to have you back, Tony!
