Well it started out as a good day. I was planning on going to the local VW show over at the beach here in Daytona.
It was a real hot day so we decided to take the 914 with the top off.

On the way to the show I got a speeding ticket

Once I got to the show, I was looking for parking and all of a sudden something happened & my 914 popped out of gear. Then I couldnt get back into gear, so I had to push it into a parking spot.

We walked over to the show to check out the cars and it was blazing hot! So hot, I didnt even want to take my time to check out each car individually.

When I get back to the car we had a parking ticket on the windshield and we had to call a tow truck to come get us :mad:

So top that! :rolleyes: :mad:

Holy Shmokes, if I were you, I'd stay in for the rest of the day.
How much bad luck can you get in one day.....

Ah, I;m sure tomorrow will be better (can't be any worse :p )

damn....damn. sounds worse than my last visit down there. guess that drive to ATL next week will take a little longer. :D

I dont know what I've done lately to deserve of all that.
It must've been building up over the years.
