911 SC Master cylinder
 

Is this an upgrade from the later dual cicuit 1500 VW MC or is it only advisable for the older models. I am not clear if the larger bore is compared to ealy or late VW.

Hi,
The 911SC MC is 20.64mm instead of 19mm. Not much of a difference but I believe that the volume in the MC is more also... not checked up on that yet. There is one other difference though, the Porsche MC is designed for 4 disk brakes, not 2 disk brakes and 2 drum brakes.
