Small F1 Style exterior mirrors

I am looking for some small exterior mirrors, preferably in aluminium. I have seen them on many featured German look cars, from Europe.

I have seen them on Franky's VW Services site, but its in german.

Any idea where I can get thse types of mirror?

Racer Parts Wholesale has the exact F1 mirror in carbon fiber. Go to the search, type in mirrors, then go to the mirrors link. Hope its what you're looking for. www.racerpartswholesale.com

Cheers Bren,

I had seen that site, and the ones that I wanted, have become discontinued. I need the ones with a single screw in fitting, preferably in Alloy to match the rest of the car, or carbon.

I really like the look of the sebring or M3 mirrors. Anyone ever put them on their car? They probably would flow with the curves of the bug pretty nicely.

I have seen this style on Franky's VW Services site, but as I said before its in German, and as I am British, we did/do not bother to learn any other languages, but take exception when other people do not speak English. (I know this is wrong, buts its reality!)

So, therefore I am unable to use this site, as my German is Nill.

Can anybody help me out? I am after the slimline, one bolt fitting that fit onto late 70s bugs, I have seen them in Volksworld on German lookers usually in Alloy but sometimes colour coded.

Someone suggested a motorbike shop, but tried them, and the fixing is too small.

LOL! errrmmm.. andy.. the sites in dutch, not german! ;)

go to altavista.com , click the translate link, and type the URL into there.. the translations are hilariously literal, but its often better than nothing.

Hello guys!

Well, the Porsche teardrop mirrors are a good alternative !
They are fully electric adj. and heated...
If you want lightweight mirrors FORGET THEM !!!

Try the Demon Tweeks paper catalogue (not the web****e).
Can't remember if you want the Motorsport or the Nail Bits of Plastic to Your Nova/Corsa/Saxo one.
