iam building a 1303 to go hillclimb/sprinting with.160bhp 2ltr typ4 lump ,944 brakes etc etc.trying to decide on gearbox,have a 914 box and a ah code 03 box.want a lsd and box must be able to take serious abuse.which one?not worried about the 5 speed thing just dont want to keep haveing a gearbox that goes bang all the time.

trying to stay with a standard type box at the moment but did think about a hewland box.
any way iam in northampton 10 minutes from santa pod.aiming to have the car finished for big bang next year[whare you heard that before!
