wheels for 944 pattern
 

Going to fit 944 brakes on the back of my 72 with aftermarket discs on the front with the 944 pattern. I have been told that you cant fit 944 wheels undr the front archs without narrowing the beam. Is this correct and if so are there any other wheels I can get to fit.

its all about width and offset.

I had to narrow my beam and add wheel spacers to keep the wheels under the fenders and clear the suspension, they were 15" phonedials off a 928
