This is a complete Hand Laminated Fiberglass Whaletail decklid with recessed license plate mount for 68-79 Vw Beetle. It is one of the last made at Creative Car Craft in Florida. The tag is embossed inside. Very lightweight. It has been in storage for many years. I put it on my car for about 1 month and removed it back to storage. Has original metal vent grill, great hinges and is in primer red. has a couple of small nicks on the finished gel coat but otherwise is in excellent condition. These sold for $475.00 new back in the 80's.
