Tire Size Help

hey I have stock rims with 195 r15 uniroyal tigerpaw's, my friend steve says these tires are too big...but I dont think so...what do you think

I would go with a 205/65 15. I have them on stock width wheels. They look good especially if you plan on lowering it.
