1303 front fenders
 

I want to ask you guys a question regarding the 1303's front fenders. in many photos ive noticed that the headlight section is too deep, like a porsche. in others, it looks not deep at all.more extruded id say.that last type of fender is on my 1303 too.i want to ask, is it a fender that is worn by 1303 owners because it's cheap? the "deeper" fender is the 1303's factory original one? maybe the less deep fender is from a 1302 or a 70 bug. what do u people think?

I think the "deep" one you speak of, is a fiberglass model with the early (66 down) style headlight bucket.

it really is not a 66, not even a fiberglass model because ive seen it on really cheapo cars. there really must be a difference.ill attach a photo soon
