Rally Racers!
 

Anyone here ever thought of entering a rally race either modern or Histo-Cup?
I've always wanted to buy a car (or two) just for that. Seems like it would be hella-Fun. Any volunteers that can read a map in a moving vehicle w/ out geting car sick?

My goal with my car is to enter the Silver State Classic, One Lap and the Targa Newfoundland. I've got a friend who's an ex-rally driver with a passion for the old VW's like I do. We're going to have fun with it!

I hope to do some Puzzle-rally's or histo-rally in the next future.

I live in Texas and I really don't know where to start. Most of my searches have led me to Europe. Anyone know of any rallt races in my area?
Histo-cup style or otherwise?

The best thing would to go here and find your SCCA region. Each region has their own website and it lets you know what type of events they do such as Solo I and II, even Rally.
