so heres the idea get some hella 90mm head lights, total four. Try and put two vertically in each head light assembly, can it be done?

and then add DIY angel eyes.

i think trying to fit the 90mm modules will be the toughest part. probably see how much room I got in the stock headlight assembly, to see if I can weld a bracket to hold them in there. BTW I got the early lights, they look a little bit bigger.

Marcotheturbosteamengine on here and shoptalk forums has done a similar thing, they look great. I bought a Audi A3 Hella kit from Ebay UK which contained, 2 x 90 mm Xeno low beams and 2 x 90 mm high beams. They even came with a self leveling ECU.

nice, so are you going to fit them in the stock headlight ring too? or somthing else?

My Aero fenders (we call them mudguards down here) have early beetle headlight buckets, so Im using some clear 40hp style lenses with Porsche headlight rims.
