Well I got offered a 70 Standard body and frame and all minus the engine for $300

He said there is no rust and I will post pics tomorrow when he sends them!

Now my question is. Is it possible to give the German Look to a Standard? I really liked my super but am going to be in need of a car quick and at the moment this seems to present itsself quickly.

Well I had my 74 on its way to become a GL but as a lot know, it was wrecked.

I am wondering where I should look for a complete one. I found one on here that has the 2.0 and is mint! I got in touch with him, but he has a serious offer right now. He said he would call me if it falls through!

I am looking for one that has no rust anywhere. A 2.0 T4 preferably. And a custom interior, disk brakes, all the good stuff. I am looking to spen around $6K

Any leads on where to check and look are greatly appreciated, I watch here and the samba, but now many GL go up for slae.
