hi, what is the gear ratio of the stock super beetle/audi/vw/ rack and pinion? thanks.

I couldn't tell you exactly the ratio (I don't have one dismantled) but I can tell you turns (of the steering wheel) from side to side (for both units). By the way, about the numbers you were waiting, really I can't find any number stamped on the units (neither on the original nor on the Audi one, sorry). The only thing I found once again is a note from the recker from which I bought the unit, he was writing with an enamel pencil "Audi 80" which could mean audi 80? or Audi from 80's? I can't really tell sorry
