Hi, I'm interesting on making one like these

Which are the measures? may be 13"(2) x 12 1/2" (1) made with 2x2 angle? 5" tall?

In that pic the case looks very close to the border of the dolly, that's correct?

Thanks, I had It but I don't understand the scale ............ 1'-6"--> are 1 foot and 6 inches? or 1 foot (12") fewer six inches?

Example 1' -6" is equal to 18"...
