On a stock 1970 Bug what would I have to do to put 17 in rims on? Alos would I have to get wider fenders to use 18in, And for both sizes what is the exact size I would have to use? HELP...

I was wondering if any one knows of any all black 17" and 18" rim producers? Or can I buy any rim I want and have it painted or powder coated?
