I really like the floor mount stuff, just pricey if you actually buy the AP stuff. Mine was simple enough and very cheap in comparison, but if I did it again I would look more closely at the floor...

Sounds like you've thought about it a lot. I would stick with the suspension and brakes first as it will give you a lot of fun in a relatively inexpensive and straightforward way. 944 stuff is easy...

Thanks man, I have access so I think I'm going to put some nyloc SS nuts on the inside, then put some epoxy over them to lock them onto the door skin and not have to deal with getting back to hold...
