Alot of spacer, about 18- 20mm.

The 951 part number 16"fuchs will fit without spacer as the spokes allow for the calipers. The 911 pn ones will require alot of spacer

The 944T rears have 28/30mm pistons. C2 rears are 44mm. For simple comparison of piston area:

944T 1323mm2
C2 rear 1521mm2
ghia front (40mm) 1257mm2

Since there is only 5%...

Yes! My biggest hurdle has been to design the mount to be rubber isolated. I've got that figured out so I'm making a set for my 1302. For now, I can make them either for camber OR caster, not both....
