But on 944 MC I'd put the switch on the rear circuit, using stock vw 'T'. Reason is smaller bore (19mm) equals higher pressure equals instant...

Yeah that setup doesn't look right. Looks like its a NA rotor (282x20.4mm) with turbo caliper intended for 298x28mm rotor. No beuno to use a 28mm caliper on 20.4mm. You should inquire on the details...

Front requires matching hub and rotor:
A) 86t rotor, 86t hub
B) 87-89 rotor, 87-89 hub

I did a similar setup (944NA all around) on a 59. Used a modified stock single circuit master and it performed very well.

A) use wheel adapter at 4 corners
B) use 944 disk kit up front, adapters in rear

It'll be tight for fender width in the rear, so definitely 6" wheel max.

I'm with you regarding the braided lines. My opinion is that they do nothing but lighten the wallet. I never run them. Stock rubber lines are perfect, but that's just one mans opinion....
