Early swing has short axle/spline, later swing...
Early swing has short axle/spline, later swing has long axles/splines. The "snout" on the drums is longer on lates so you would have to mill some off (I think its about 15mm) to use it on an early...

Inexpensive rear disc conversion?

What is a cheap rear disc conversion for a swing axle?
Gotta be able to clear 15s and be re-drilled for 5x4.75 bolt pattern. Also gotta have a decent e-brake setup.
Also, whats the fee...
