Here in North America they are known as a "linch pin" or "PTO pin". They're simply a locking pin with wire retainer. I've been meaning to do mine since I built the car...one day I'll get to it!

Does that bonnet seal go around the top too? I ordered one for my 69 and it was too short to go all the way around the hood.

Factory part number 443 907 385 will work. Otherwise look up a relay for a 1985 Audi 4000 quattro. Part number may be different, but they are interchangeable.

That would be a brake-bias valve. Used to adjust the balance between the front and rear brakes.
