aircooled waterboxer motor
hey guys, iwas wondering if anybody had good or bad things to say about changing a waterboxer bus engine into an air cooled. i just like the look of the block,and it has a place for an oil filter...

i know they make theses somewhere, but everyone just gives me dumb looks when i ask for them. i was wondering what is a corect name for these bushings, i've been calling them inner tierod bushings.

inner tierod urathanes for rack
hey, just wanted to know if someone makes these. I turnned these out of some extra control arm bushings from my golf. does any one see a flaw in my bushings?

rotary
the kit from kennedey clutches is 400. and i think you have to run a radiator, which means some water pipping work. if your gonna do it, do the turbo rotary. it would be impressive to see it done.

lazer cutting
If you can't find anyone to lazer drill your lifters,look around for a machine shop that has a plunger EDM(electrical discharge machine). the hole might come out alot better.

:agree: thanks guys , the steering rack is in. i have to try to talk to someone who has a steering column shaft for sale. we welded a extention on old shaft, but scared to try to do any real driving...
