Yeah, I know. I just replaced my own clutch. You think it might only take half an hour, but then you remember you have to take the breather system off, the carbs, the exhaust etc. Takes 2 days!

I would say its something to do with the clutch...

I would say its something to do with the clutch changing somehow when its getting hot. Stick a stock clutch in there, and see if it does it?

Try playing with the amount of bend in the clutch...
