I can't believe that you need such high spring poundages!? The video and the pictures don't give the impression of a soft suspension. Have you checked the tyre temps? If so, are they fairly even...

Ah but that does matter for power sliding!:) The battery in the standard position is on the axis of the C of G and therefore contributes very little to the polar moment of interia. Stick it out...
