Looked on their web site, and mailed them - problem is that they listed years rather than models - sway bar fits 69-76 15 and 1600.

Dunno if that means swing axle or not as America had IRS rear...

There's one outlet on the bottom and two on the side.

The kit comes with a converter peice that alters one of the side outlets to a twin vertical one. Don't know about the other side outlet yet...

I have one at home new and in the box.

There are some numbers stamped on it but I can't remember what they are!
