The shock tower is adjustable in 1 inch increments and QA-1 also has a shorter adjustable coilover as well.
Shorter a-arms and steering rods can always be made to narrow the front.

This isn't related to the IRS question....But when you have such negative camber on a swingaxle. How do they get the trannny oil up the axle tubes in order to lubricate the wheel bearings?

I think you got the geometry right. A suggestion for steering might be to consider a draglink setup. So you could use either a stock steering box or a forward steer unit....
