I posted this on STF also but need this info badly...
I have a problem with my '61 swing axle trans.- it's borken and it's not worth rebuilding.
The fact is that I need a replacement gearbox, so can I fit any swing axle trans to the '61 beetle?
Also what swing axle stock trans would work better for a t4 engine?
