Its pretty simple...if its like the last set of cylinder heads I got, he'll never get it right....

I think his ego is expanded about 50X over..........when 8 valves are all different sizes, and seat pressure vary by 75 pounds, and IT DROPS A SEAT in 30 min of runtime, I'd say its screwed up!
