Probably you already did see this, but the exhaust is made for a bus/vanagon, not a bug! The bends on the right side of the picture will hit your bugs rear valance for sure
.
For a cheap solution if you have a stock muffler around, you can make that to fit: you cut both sides of just behind the flanges and weld them back up again. Make an opening in the muffler at the rear of the muffler like in the type 1 location and weld an exhaust tip on it at, say, the left stock 'pea-shooter' opening.
Will probably flow not much worse than the glaspack thing...
