A real quick wrap up of BOR. The swap meet was half the size of the Memorial Day one. The car show was about 2/3's the size. The Drag's were alright, Paradise Express made a new World Record, I believe it was 6.68 sec's but don't quote me cause Were I was I couldn't see the boards( but I sure did hear him fly by, um can we say missile). I met a guy with a brite yellow Ghia GL who's on these boards and we talked GL for a while. I spent a whole whopping $55 and went home with a type IV header, early 914 tranny w/linkage and shifter! All in all I had a good time. I luckily didn't get a ticket when a VR6 GTI, My friends 15 sec Drag Bug and my 914 flew by a Hi-Po(Highway Patrol). Thank goodness my karma is good.
