Well, since you have wide fenders, you won't need MaXX's, but you will need to space those wheels out a whole bunch to clear the strut/spring and to fill the wheel well. Usually the offset is 40. It's the most common nowdays, or that's how I see it.
That's my take on the situation. Also, if you know that one pattern is 4x100, then use 4x100. I wouldn't worry too much about the other pattern. It may be 4x114, which is (i think) a Nissan pattern.
