Lightbulb equal length T rods on a BJ Bug

Could the problem of bump-steer be near eliminated by having two track-rods of equal length?

If you look at the steering mechanism on both torsion bar T1's, steering box '02/'03 and R+P '03.

Integrate elements of each into a new system for a relatively un-modified torsion bar front. Fuel tank may need raising or replacing.

If you Use the idea of using a second stripped out steering box as an idler mount (Like Steve C's hill climb friend). Connect the two Pitman arms with a length adjustable idler. Attach the steering dampner and equal length Track rods to the idler. A symmetric steering response? Could it work better?
