I never said 'airborn', just that at 100mph the front end produces 170 lbs of lift and the rear produces 70 lbs at that same speed. My goals are to reduce that which will only improve stability at all speeds above 50mph in my estimation.
The Ghia hasn't been known to fly like the Beetles have, though there aren't as many Ghias being used for drag racing and other speed events like the Beetles have.
Hopefully I never find out that it does!
