I don't think there would be a problem since the drilling is ony a way to keep the rotors from overheating during hard use. Besides the brakes were designed for a car that weighed alot more than your car so I don't think you will have to worry about brake fade. I would just put the rotors on for now and if find that you are driving past the limits of the brakes then you could always pull them off later and have them drilled. Just put them on and drive your car.....
