I am personally am not a big fan of full flow oil pump covers unless the case has been tapped and you plug the pump discharge passage. Another thing that has me worried is the stock rocker arm setup, I'd go with solid because I've had problems with the spring washers breaking on some stockers that I've run, let alone a 1914 with a w-120. I think the stock cooling won't be enough but maybe if you keep the compression ratio low enough you'll be alright. I know I didn't answer everything but that's a few things that screamed out at me.
