So im still thinking about trying to keep the head temps down on my 1915cc im building (yeah 94mm P/C

). I want to try and get cooler/ more air to the fan as possible to obtain the cooling i want. i dont realy like the look of NACA ducts on the windows (to nascar looking or somthing, and to "after the fact" look) so mounting on the body would be way cooler, and look nicer to me. the body on my super is no perfect, never will be or want it to be as this is a race car/daily driver fun car. so im not gonna worry about ruening flames on hacking up a perfectly good body (its not that bad).
So i begain to think about water, if i mounted the ducts high like the remmele ducts are, and routed the tubing to the firewall, you most likely would be going in a downward slope, or totaly horizontal.... so i thought about puting them LOW right before the fenders (rear fenders yes). this would result in having to route the tubing in a upward slope to the firewall and totaly eleminating the chance of water runing into the pipe... you may get a little mist from the road... but nothing like if it was in a downward slope.
i was also thinking ahout having BOTH sides done with NACA ducts, one side for the fanshroud, and the other maybe to an external oil cooler, or if not that also to the fanshroud.

i was thinking the smaller (2.75 inch tube) ones would look best, and have the flow i need?
any one know any info on the instalation of them to have a clean look?
Later
