Thanks for the thought Blue. I bolted the halves together, and straight-edged the pump surface after removing the rest of the oxydation from the case, and running it thru a Cuda wash cabinet.
I still have lots of time to make it right before putting it together. My cylinders are out being re-sized for the pistons, heads are being ported, and big valved, the car it's going in is STILL down in the woods under a tarp, and my garage is full of moving boxes, and furniture

I anticipated this being a summer project, but with all that has hapened to me since February, it looks like this will be next winter's project
