It would only take a few minutes with the grinder to replicate the shape. Plus I have a few old VW shoes laying around. If it worked out I could always duplicate the shape to a new set of shoes that I have. I can get the BMW shoes for $34.99 from
www.rockauto.com, but if all it takes is to remove a little metal to get the VW shoes to work, that $34.99 can go towards other stuff...like beer! :haveadrin
